We ship to all around the world. Shipping is calculated during checkout.  Items are shipped via Canada Post and UPS.

Sales Tax
Residents of the Province of Manitoba, Canada will be charged a Provincial Sales Tax (PST) of 7% on taxable goods. Residents of provinces that have a Harmonized Sales Tax (HST) will have their local HST applied.  The other Canadian Residents will be charged a Goods and Services Tax (GST) of 5% on all taxable goods.

Duties
Bay Shore Gifts in Glass is not responsible for any duties or tarrifs that may be applied to products purchased. For more information on the duties for your country please contact the Customs Agency in your country.

Returns and Refunds
To return a shipment you must phone or email us. Please note that there is a 15% restocking fee and you will get a credit for the balance that can be used on digiparts.ca within one year from date of credit.

Authorization Number and a copy of the receipt must be inside the box. Returned goods will not be accepted without a return authorization number. There are no returns or cancellations on customized products. No returns or exchanges after 30 days. The Return Authorization Number, a list of goods returned & the message "Canadian Goods Being Returned" must be clearly written on the outside of the box or returned goods will not be accepted. Errors must be reported within ten days of receipt of order. Returns must be shipped via Canada Post or US Mail. Returns shipped via UPS will not be accepted.
